I joined the Royal Navy straight from school and had a diverse career touring many parts of the world including Afghanistan, The Former Yugoslavia, The Gulf to name just a few, earning me eight medals in total. I left the military in 2012 after 24 years’ service.
After leaving the Royal Navy, I ran my own business for a short while before being presented with the opportunity to work within the Financial Services industry. After a short while, I began undertaking my financial adviser qualifications and I have been qualified since 2017.
I think my military career has put me in good stead and I strive to help people achieve their goals using empathy and understanding.
In my eyes, there is not a finer feeling helping someone’s transition into retirement or help someone plan for the future, whether that be retirement, savings, or estate planning.
